After many years of studying Hindustani music, two Swedish musicians, multi-instrumentalist K.G. Westman, also known as Banaras Baba, and percussionist Hugo Viden, also known as Kolkata Kid, released a series of mini-albums dedicated to Indian classical music. This is the second album in this series. Despite the musicians not aiming to blend different musical traditions, their works feature Western instruments and a clear influence of Western music.
