1. Scope
These Terms govern Tibicen at tibicen.cc (the “Service”) — an independent, non-commercial music project run by the site administration (the “Administration”); it is not a separate legal entity. Creating an account or using the Service confirms acceptance.
2. Account and content
The Service offers a music catalogue, articles, comments, likes, and favourites. Keep your email current and credentials secure; report unauthorised access via the Contacts page. You retain rights in comments and grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display them only to operate the Service until deletion.
3. Acceptable use
Illegal content, threats, harassment, spam, malware, infringement, and disclosure of another person’s data without a lawful basis are prohibited. The Administration may proportionately remove content or restrict access.
4. Rights, availability, and third parties
Service code, design, and editorial materials remain with their owners. Third-party links have separate terms. The Service is provided as available without excluding non-excludable liability or mandatory consumer rights.
5. Deletion and changes
You may delete your account; profile, comments, likes, and favourites are erased subject to legal retention and scheduled backup overwriting. Material changes to these Terms will be notified where required.
6. Law and contact
These Terms apply to the extent they do not conflict with mandatory rules of the user’s country of habitual residence and do not remove protections granted by them. Contact the Administration via the Contacts page.
